Returns + Exchanges


We always hope that you are thrilled with your order, however, if for some reason you are not, please refer to our return policy:


All returns, including defective merchandise, must be returned to Inkling Paper within 7 business days from receipt of item. If the merchandise was defective due to our error (as opposed to shipping damage), shipping costs will also be reimbursed. Otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive credit for the full amount of purchase, the item must be received by Inkling Paper in its original unopened packaging in resalable condition. Enclose the merchandise receipt in the shipment with your exchange request and details including contact information and reason for return/exchange.
